Which ball is right for your game ?

he golf ball industry is a multi million-dollar business with so many different brands and each company saying this is the ball for you!! Choosing a ball that will help in your game is a small important feature and many times I have played with amateurs who aren't using the correct ball for them and they say to me “its round and white, that's all that matters” well this is not true. Firstly it depends on your swing speed, slow or short hitters need more distance so the ball I recommend is a two piece ball meaning the core and cover (two pieces), long hitters don't require distance they need spin so I recommend a three piece ball meaning a small core, then another core or rubber winding then cover (three pieces). There are also specific balls available, ladies, senior, juniors, and it's a matter of trying a few then stick with the same ball so you always have the consistent feel and your aware of how much your ball spins when needed. Learn to swing in balance from start to finish

All great athletes look effortless when performing at their maximum. That is because an effortless motion is a balanced motion, balanced from beginning to end. To achieve this in golf you must start with a balanced address position. Set up to the ball so that if someone were to push you gently in the chest or in the back, you would not topple over. So your weight is not all in the heels of your feet and also not all in the toes, a balance of both is ideal. You must also be able to finish your swing in balance. Practice holding your follow-through until the ball lands. With a little practice you can develop a tension-free, balanced golf swing that on the finish of your swing all your weight is on your left foot and your right foot should be all the way upright and on the tip of your toe. You will get more distance from less effort, and more consistency from better balance.
